Over the past seven years, I have helped more than 100 product teams discover what real jobs customers are trying to get done and what prevents them from buying or using a product. I conduct in-depth JTBD interviews. I have worked across both B2C and B2B markets.

Led corporate innovation incubators at Nestlé, Schneider Electric, and First Bit. Supervised trackers in the Digital Strategy program at Sberbank University. Participated in JTBD research projects for dating services, telecom operators, and banks.
